Our officers are elected annually by members. The incoming President appoints a Parliamentarian, a Directory Chairperson, a House Chair, a Rentals Chair, a Membership Chair, a Ways & Means Chair and an Echoes Newsletter Chair. The incoming elected officers and appointees compose the Executive Board of Directors.

The Executive Board supervises all interests of the Club and authorizes payment of all bills as well as bring business matters before the Club. The Executive Board meets once a month prior to the regular member meeting.
